This session will provide an overview of the Americans with Disabilities Act, discuss the four models of disability, highlight skills and traits that lawyers with disabilities bring to the workplace, give an update on the formation of the Colorado Disability Bar Association, and report on the Colorado judiciary’s efforts to diversity the bench
