Greg will provide an overview of subrogation in the context of Worker’s Compensation including technical requirements, and limitations, the pros and cons of suing directly as opposed to intervening in ongoing suits, settlement, including what to do in a disagreement with the claimant as to settlement allocations, and the application of Delta Air Lines v. Scholle.
