Ian J. Kellogg 2nd Judicial District Ian Kellogg is a District Court Judge in Denver (Colorado’s 2nd Judicial District). He was appointed by Governor Polis in February 2025 and currently has a civil docket. Before taking the bench, Judge Kellogg served for 3 years as a trial attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission and for 8 years as an assistant U.S. Attorney in the civil division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado. He previously worked in private practice and clerked for then-Judge Neil Gorsuch on the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Judge Kellogg is a graduate of Stanford Law School and Gonzaga University. | ||||
