Billy-George Hertzke 14th Judicial District Judge Billy-George Hertzke was sworn in as District Court Judge and Water Judge for the 14th Judicial District. Judge Hertzke was raised in Hayden and Meeker, graduating from Meeker High School in 1992. He then attended the University of Colorado, and the University of Denver College of Law.
