2025 Annual Conference - 07/31/2025 to 08/02/2025Stephen Abbott, Administrative Law Judge, Denver Office of Administrative Courts ALJ Stephen Abbott is an Administrative Law Judge for the State of Colorado where he presides over workers’ compensation cases. Before joining the Office of Administrative Courts, he served as an assistant city attorney for the City and County of Denver, representing the City in both workers’ compensation and subrogation matters. Judge Abbott hails from the great Hoosier State.
Judge Abbott is a proud graduate of the University of Colorado Law School—Go Buffs!—and he gives back to the next generation of advocates as an assistant coach for the Broomfield High School mock trial team—Go L’Eagles!
