Ryan Phillips, PE, MSCE, CCM, CEP, PSP, EVP, LEED AP dux Forensic Engineering Ryan Phillips is the Founder & CEO of Dux, LLC, a forensic engineering, cost analysis, expert witness, and construction consulting firm. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds multiple credentials, including Certified Construction Manager, Certified Estimating Professional, Project Scheduling and Planning Professional, Earned Value Professional, and LEED Accredited Professional. Ryan earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines and his Master’s in Civil Engineering and Engineering Mechanics from Columbia University. With hands-on experience as a general contractor, Ryan has worked on commercial and residential projects in various roles. His expertise includes construction management, cost estimating, scheduling, bond claim analysis, distressed project evaluation, and expert witness testimony. He has testified in approximately 75 depositions, trials, and arbitrations, and has been qualified as an expert in multiple courts on cost estimating, construction defects, scheduling, standard of care, construction claims, and other fields | ||||
