Josh Haby, PhD., MLS![]() Persuasion Strategies Josh plays an active role supporting clients throughout the trial process. He thrives when working with teams pre-trial, refining case strategy, executing jury research, and developing voir dire strategies rooted in research. During trial, Josh relies on his knowledge of juror and legal decision making to support trial teams across the US in a variety of complex matters. As a first-generation college student, Josh brings a unique perspective, supporting trial teams by translating complex concepts and themes into digestible and approachable concepts that resonate with lay jurors. Moreover, Josh’s understanding of the relationship between the structure of voir dire and jurors’ responses positions him well to support trial teams in preparations for and during jury selection. Josh has worked as an extension of the trial team on a variety of matters, ranging from complex environmental and energy issues and breach of contract claims to medical malpractice and personal injury matters. Josh is an enthusiastic advocate and brings insights that elevate case arguments and inform case strategy. His experience includes developing case themes and strategy, preparations for and support during jury selection, as well as coordinating and executing in-person and remote mock panel projects. | ||||
