Liz Leibsle Hall & Evans Liz Leibsle defends individuals and businesses in general liability, premises liability, and transportation litigation. She is also experienced with complex immigration matters and real estate transactions. Ms. Leibsle’s immigration practice includes representing employers and their employees seeking permanent residence and citizenship through the PERM labor certification process and representing clients before USCIS and other immigration agencies on employment-based immigration matters including H-1B, L-1, E-1, R-1, and related applications. In the real estate arena, she is experienced in negotiating letters of intent, leases, and contracts to buy and sell along with managing due diligence processes with finance, legal, architecture, and construction teams. Previously, Ms. Leibsle was a commercial broker at a Denver based commercial real estate brokerage. Before her legal career, Ms. Leibsle served in the Peace Corps in Honduras where she led the formation of savings and loan cooperatives for small-scale farmers and taught basic business skills to local women. | ||||
