Fred Yarger Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell Fred Yarger, the former Solicitor General of Colorado, represents clients in high-stakes appeals and complex litigation nationwide as a Partner at Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell. His appellate experience spans multiple states and federal appellate courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, where he has argued as counsel of record multiple times. He also has an active trial practice. Fred graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. He earned a B.A. in Economics and Statistics with honors from Dartmouth College, graduating magna cum laude. He served as a law clerk to the Hon. Timothy M. Tymkovich of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and to the Hon. Mark R. Filip of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. | |||
