Lily E. Nierenberg Sutton | Booker Lily defends clients in matters involving UM/UIM bad faith, property damage bad faith, coverage and indemnity, and premises liability. Lily focuses on trying to resolve cases early and efficiently. Where that is not possible, she develops the strongest factual and legal foundation to position the case for a favorable settlement or trial outcome. Lily enjoys complex legal analysis and has briefed and won a number of dispositive motions and has successfully tried cases in state and federal court including a recent federal jury trial during COVID. | ||||
