The presentation starts with an analysis of the history of court, reporting, including pin writers, stenographers, voice, writers, digital reporters, and ultimately artificial intelligence assisted reporting, I’ll also include a discussion of overall trend in artificial intelligence, and what limitations and standards lawyers need to set for their introduction into litigation.
